The 22nd Annual Eaton Estate Garage Sale
The 21st Annual Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The preview sale is on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Please have your garage open for the neighborhood sale. If you cannot participate when the hours are advertised, please close your garage door.
Any resident is welcome to participate in the garage sale. There is no fee per garage, the advertising and signs are provided by our management company. Just provide us with clean, neat, and fairly priced treasures! Please feel free to attach one or two balloons to your mailbox to indicate that you are participating in the garage sale event.
Please e-mail Leslie Allen at leslie.allen@roadrunner.com by May 21st, 2022 to register your garage sale and inform us of any large items you plan to sell.
Please include your street address in the subject line of your email and limit your sale description to 25 words or less. You do not have to register to participate in the sale, by doing so we help you advertise large items you would like to sell. If you do not meet the date noted above to register you will not be added to the list. We need to be firm on this date so the management company can add the map to the website.
