Eaton Estate is a recreational housing development in Sagamore Hills Township, Ohio featuring

Eaton Estate was developed in multiple phases, beginning in 1994. Residences include a wide
variety of single family homes, cluster homes, and condominium style living options.

The Homeowners Association meets the in the Community Center at 8 a.m. on the second Saturday every month.
