Eaton Estate was developed in multiple phases, beginning in 1994. Residences include a wide variety of single family homes, cluster homes, and condominium style living options.
From a playground and swimming pool to walking trails and paths, Eaton Estate is full of wonderful amenities that helps make our community an amazing place to raise your family.
The Homeowners Association meets in the Community Center at 7:00pm on the third Tuesday every month.
