We need to define what a retention basin. The only place fishingis allowed is in the pond. I don’t think that counts as a retention basin as it was here long before Eaton. On the other hand, the retention basins created to collect large quantities of rain during storms are a different story, they are dangerous. They have steep sides, big drains and such. Perhaps clarify or identify which areas are which.
